Consultation with Japanese staff

Fill out the inquiry form and get in touch by whatever method is most convenient – phone, email, WhatsApp etc.

On-site assessment by local staff

Local staff will carry out the assessment to ensure costs are minimized. Japanese staff will follow up on any points which need clarification.

Proposal and estimate by Japanese staff

We will provide you with a full explanation of the proposal, including an overview of the main details of the proposed service, the estimated fee and any safety considerations.

Implementation of service

The program is carried out at a time and date to suit your convenience, with customer safety a priority.

Submission of report and issue of invoice

Once the service has been carried out, the on-site staff submit their report. The invoice is issued when the report is signed off. Japanese staff will answer any queries you may have on the report.

Payment by bank transfer (within 30 days of issue of invoice)

We ask customers to make payment by bank transfer within 30 days of the issue of the invoice.
