Consultation via web / telephone call

A Japanese consultant will handle your inquiry. Please describe the issues you are experiencing and let us know if you need us to sign an NDA.

On-site assessment and meeting

Depending on the nature of your inquiry, you will be assisted either by a Japanese staff member or one of the local team.

Proposal and estimate

Based on the on-site assessment, HYSIA will propose a solution and provide an estimate of the anticipated budget. The format and language of the proposal can be tailored to the customer as required.

Order and establishment of contract

HYSIA will sign a contract with you before our service starts. The actual format of the contract will vary depending on your country. Please contact us for more details.

Implementation of service

The services we offer will follow the description in the contract.

Drawing up and submitting the report

We create individual reports as required, for example for internal distribution, formal records or for submission to third parties.
We also offer a debriefing session if required.

Billing and invoices

We ask customers to make payment by bank transfer within 30 days of the issue of the invoice.

Customer support (email / phone)

Customer support is available in Japanese or your preferred language for the duration of the contract and for a further year after the contract ends
